14 years old. National Youth Squad.

Massive congratulations to Wicked athlete Fynn Goat on being selected into the 2026 Australian Sailing National Youth Squad for Formula Kite Foil.

First ever Territory sailor to make the squad. That alone is history.

Fynn started kiting at 7 years old at Rapid Creek. No local coaches. No structured comps in the NT. Just commitment, travel, and relentless progression across kite surfing, wing foiling and kite foiling.

For the past three years he has travelled across Australia and overseas to train and compete, chasing rankings and experience. Selection into the National Youth Squad recognises performance, discipline and long term potential.
