Dearest heartspace humans,

2 years ago I completed my holistic counselling and psychotherapy specialist training with Metavision, and since have continued my training in somatic eco therapy and deep medicine work. I have dived deep into my own personal work, and have met myself deeply in light and dark. It's not always easy, but important for growth, personal and collective.

If you're looking a Psychotherpist to walk along side with to support your process please reach out. I have a few spaces available each week to support female clients in their lives with what is calling.

Shout out to this absolute legend .rose.moon who is following her dreams of becoming a Pilates teacher and has flown the coup!

She's been such a wonderful loving support to Heartspace over the past few years and we are deeply grateful.

We have some beautiful humans joining Heartspace in the very near future but we're looking for some short term kitchen support with accomodation available if required. Reach out if this feels like you!

After a nourishing and connected fourth trimester tending to our beautiful bubba, healing and simply being a family, we are excitedly getting ready to reopen the Heartspace doors and welcome you all in just a couple of weeks!

As usual we've been gently working on some lovely new little additions to the property (which you'll have to wait and see).

Some of our favourite humans are bringing their gorgeous offerings so keep an eye out in our stories to find out how you can retreat with us in 2024. We also have plenty of in-house retreats happening throughout the year so head to our website to find out dates!

Thank you for your kindness and patience as we took the necessary time to bond as a family of 5 💕

Heartspace update: 💕🙏🐝

Can you feel spring whispering? The land is showing signs of an incoming warmth with the Acacia Baileyana is full bloom, flowers starting to pop up everywhere and my personal favourite, the forgetting to bring my heavy duty puffa jacket everywhere I go.

Jeremy and Noa have been finding abandoned duck eggs on their daily wanderings and we are excitedly popping them in the incubator so we can support the hatching of ducklings!

Other news includes a very spring appropriate announcement. Come January, we will be welcoming a beautiful baby boy to our family and we all (especially Noa) can't wait to meet him.

We've had so many amazing retreats here this winter and are feeling very filled up in meeting the many gorgeous humans walking through our doors.

We have 4 more upcoming in-house retreats this year before taking a few months off when the baby arrives kicking off again in May.

29th Sep - 1st October
17-19th November
8-10th December

Exciting news!!

After being asked and asked, I'm finally doing it.

A gluten free, whole foods based, delicious and nourishing, hands on, COOKING RETREAT ✨

It's been a long time coming, I know!

After teaching countless cooking workshops over the last 14 years at locations such as the Sydney Cooking School, Apple, NRMA and at retreat centres and yoga studios around Australia, we are finally hosting a special weekend COOKING RETREAT at our beautiful 💕

When: 10-12th March
Investment: $795

Now, we are limiting this retreat to twelve participants (and two places have already been taken) so everyone really walks away understanding how to cook the beautiful, nourishing and delicious food we serve on retreat.
