My path to healing started during my family’s journey through military PTSD, which inspired me to fully embrace my lifelong connection to spiritual and holistic practices. Originally from the UK, I have since immersed myself in holistic healing and spiritual growth across Australia, learning from wise mentors of diverse faiths and healing traditions worldwide. My journey has included immersive training with incredible teachers, such as Byron Bay’s renowned shamanic crystal healer Rachelle Charman, international spiritual Pastor Lucy Baker, and the Hierophant’s own Golden Light herbalist, Patti Hueneke. Currently, I am halfway through the four-year program with the Barbara Brennan School of Healing (BBSH), a transformative institution founded by former NASA physicist Barbara Brennan. This study is expanding my ability to blend spiritual, psychological, and scientific principles, profoundly deepening my work with the human energy field for healing and personal transformation. I’ve designed a range of energy healing sessions for The H Dispensary, Canberra, making it easy for clients to choose a healing option that feels right for them and to understand what each session entails. Using a pendulum, I assess the aura and chakra energy fields to provide you with a visual reassurance of the energy shifts occurring in our sessions. A crystal chakra rebalancing session uses the vibrational energy of crystals to realign the seven main chakra points - ideal for those seeking a physical boost, emotional uplift, or energetic realignment. For more persistent physical issues and deeper emotional support, I offer extended crystal energy healing sessions. I also provide Reiki energy healing sessions for those who resonate with Reiki’s soothing, restorative energy.
