Even GPs and the medical fraternity can dismiss and not understand the condition leading to delayed or missed diagnosis and care. Global strength in joint stability and control makes life easier and reduces your risk of falling and sustaining injuries.

My balance and functional stability classes will introduce you to simple exercises and activities that can improve your strength and joint stability. If you don't challenge your stability regularly it can slowly reduce over time and increase your risk of falling later in life.
