The Emergency Plus App is free and easy to use. It uses GPS to enable Emergency Services to find you and you can call from the App itself. So BRILLIANT!
It also lists all the emergency numbers in Australia including Health Direct.

HLTAID003 Provide First Aid , HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting . They are taught by a qualified First Aid Instructor with nine years experience as an Ambulance Officer Level 3C with the Ambulance Service of NSW and three years experience teaching for Royal Life Saving Australia, Parasol and Allens Training.
