As a member of the Goulburn and Region Su***de Prevention Network we are excited that these FREE and online courses are being offered to the Goulburn & Yass Community!
Delivered by Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney , these courses are designed help everyday Australians make a difference to someone experiencing distress.
✨Accidental Counsellor will be on the 7th of August from 1pm - 4pm, & will provide you with the basic skills to safely support friends, family and community members who are in distress or experiencing a crisis.
✨Read the Signs is a two-hour course designed to raise men’s awareness on stress, depression, su***de prevention, help seeking and self-care. Options are:
11 August at 4pm - 6pm
or
14 August at 7pm - 9pm
These courses are designed for people with no pre-existing skills or knowledge of mental health.

Registrations for The Push-Up Challenge are now open!

Here’s what you need to know: 📅 Challenge dates: 4–26 June.
🎯 The goal: Complete 3,214 push-ups—or pick an alternative exercise. You can also aim for half 1607.
