I’m not sure what this post is…😕

I’m sad, sad that this world has so much hate in it.

The last week or so, has been heavy here in Australia and across the world. 🌍

I won’t get into to it, you all know what I’m talking about.

It’s just really affected me, my energy and all the good I try to put out into the world.

So I will be switching off this weekend, and just being present with my family.

I want you all to know it’s ok not to be ok, but you are all equally as important as the person next to you.

I just hope we can all just be a little kinder 💖

Is anyone else feeling the crazy energy?

I woke up this morning and just felt off

Feeling blah 😕

Feeling emotional 🥲

I had a heaviness in my ankles ( I always carry energy in my ankles ) 🦶

So I got invoicing done for hubby’s business ✔️

Got a few loads of washing hung out ✔️

Grabbed a few things for dinner 🍽️

And decided to be kind to myself and do some self care, to help shift the energy ✨

So I went and got reflexology and a foot spa - bonus is they give you lollies that remind you of childhood 🍬

Sometimes we don’t know why we feel like we do, I look at being emotional as we are shifting energy saying good bye to the old version of ourselves and it’s ok to stop to be kind to yourself 💖

As I was lying in bed ready to sleep I’ve had a spirit show themselves.😶‍🌫️

This is an older indigenous lady.

M name, possibly Mary.

I do feel she is one of the stolen generation.

She’s wanting to let her family know she is ok. Shes with Aunty Pat.💖

Life wasn’t easy but she made the best of it. I feel she succumbed to cancer. Possibly in her 60’s

I do see white hair, bob style haircut 👩🏾‍🦳

A beautiful energy she has ✨

She possibly has 3 daughters
