Personal boundaries is something that just lately come up again and again. 😵‍💫

So obviously the universe is sending me a lesson. 😕

I think as healers, psychics and empaths we give A LOT.

And don’t get me wrong it’s just part of who I am and helping is what I love.

So as part of my self love journey, I am working on boundaries and how much I give continuously. So this week as I am sick I will not be on socials as much, so I can rest and focus on other aspects of being me and my long to do list. Also looking at what next year might look like for Soul-Led and if it continues.

This gorgeous girl is Penny.🐴

She is an 8 year old Welsh pony we picked up on Kayla’s birthday at the end of September. 🎉

We were wanting a companion for our old girl Star 🌟

It’s been an up and down time with Penny. She is very stubborn and sometimes stand offish. Which I get new home, new friend etc

But after talking to her old owner and finding out she’s been passed around a lot which apparently isn’t uncommon for horses especially if they are stubborn and stand offish.

So I’ve given her some space and slowly she’s getting use to me, she’s the first to come when I have food. 🥕🥕🥕

Also I’ve tapped into her energy and I feel her worry and stress so I’m working with her to calm her nervous system and relax.

I love how working with modalities like Reiki energy, Crystals and sound can help with not just humans but our fur babies.

It’s funny how getting triggered shows up in your body.

Last night I went to the pub for dinner with hubby and our daughter. 🍛

Whilst there I noticed a lady who was sitting with her family that I used to work with.

This woman made my life a living hell on the daily. I had been working for this company for 6 years when she started.

She was nasty, micromanaging everything I did daily. Rude and just not a nice person and I doubted everything I did. 😵‍💫

I ended up leaving the job, which I loved and it started my spiral of crappy jobs. 🌀

I now know I didn’t speak up, stand up and I dimmed my light in this situation and unfortunately all the jobs I had afterwards.

So as I sit here today with a really sore throat and loosing my voice I know it’s about not speaking up, but I know I also need to sit with it and let it clear. I need to rest and be ok with doing so. 😌

So if this resonates and your sitting there reading this going you know the feeling…

I want you to know it’s ok, you are good enough and bloody speak up, back yourself.
