Good morning!

It’s Mindful Monday here at the farm and I’m looking forward to getting in the sound bliss zone.

Yesterday the horses came galloping up the valley just before I started the Sound Bath. They knew it was go time.

Our resident crows, kookaburras and roosters also chimed in with their sounds yestersay. A true co-creation of sound perfection
