Two days in the rainforest at for the Synergy Rising event, was a great weekend facilitating the ice baths breathwork and was fortunate enough to have a horse float for a sauna and got to meet and sit with some great men in the men's circle. Thank you for the invitation.

Why Breathwork?
Breathwork can do a number of things, for me it's helped me let go of childhood memories and stories that I was attached to, from the age of 17 that i did not know was affecting my life through patterns and behaviours, I witnessed the story, my awareness of the patterns come up and I consciously let it go by breathing in acceptance and breathing out doubt.

I roared, I cried, I fell in a lump, exhausted, and I felt absolutely grateful and very light, I felt like 20kg left my stomach for good. It was incredible!!

By consciously connecting the breath "breathing in what you want to receive, breathe out what you want to let go of" you drop into a parasympathetic state, allowing the body to release, it's smart, it knows what to do if we allow it.

This is just one example of many, the practice of letting go, that's all life is right, learning to let go, until, we let go!!

I have spots available for 1on1, I can do 2 ppl at a time also. If you feel called to breathe, if you're feeling stuck or having a tough time, feel free to either book in or reach out, and I'd be happy to help in any way I can.
