Movement plays such an important role in mental wellbeing, and this year Allegra Studios donated and showed up to support the Fitstop community RUOK fundraiser event hosted on Saturday. We may not have been the fastest or strongest in the gym but our team had a great time supporting the cause together.

We have been so lucky to receive funding support from Livingstone Shire Council AND Bendigo bank to support our FREE weekly Dance for Brain Health class that runs weekly, Tuesday 11am at the Yeppoon Town Hall. Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the presentation for the Community Grants Scheme for a further $5,000 going towards improving the safety and efficiency of the program. We are so thankful for their continued support in helping bring such a wonderful program to the Yeppoon Community. Thankyou also to AusDance QLD, Dance for Parkinson's Australia and the Yeppoon Parkinson's Support Group for their ongoing support and mentorship.
