Pro tip: REHAB. In my experience there are often 3 causes for muscular pain: 1. overuse 2. weakness or 3. firing sequence dysfunction.
As a massage therapist, I can make a tight muscle loose, but I can’t make a weak muscle strong. If you are serious about getting your body in absolute peak performance or just want to put a stop to that niggling hip pain, massage is most effective if you put the effort in to strengthening as well and we work hand in hand.
