Busy day, don't feel like cooking.
What's in the fridge and freezer?
gluten free frozen fish, tomatoes, zucchinis and carrots.
Spray pan with Hermosa olive oil.
Roughly chop veggies and place in tray with fish.
Spray with olive oil and sprinkle Toastie Spice and Lemon & Tarragon Spice on top, then drizzle with Divin-o Balsamic.
Put into 180ºC oven for 25mins.
