The Yoga Way Aus Yoga and Mindfulness to calm your brain, body and breath. Discovering yoga was like finding the quiet space inside my mind and body that I never knew existed.

Since my first yoga class in 2003, to teacher training level 1 and more recently teacher training level 2 I've been walking towards sharing yoga and ways to calm the mind and body one person at a time.

Do you need more focus in your day? Would you like to be calmer and more content for the day ahead? Join me Thursday 21 August for a moment to yourself....morning breathing and meditation....5.30-5.50am AEST. You don't need any fancy equipment or need to know how. You just need a few minutes, 20 if you've got them, or whatever time you have free, even 5 minutes will soothe the brain.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴? Yourself in comfortable clothing! A yoga mat, cushion or camp chair, basically whatever you'd like to sit or lie on for 30 mins or so. You don't need to know how to do it, there won't be anything woo woo or weird, just the sound of my voice calming and quieting your mind and body.
