Here’s a simple practice:
🌿 Place both hands on your heart.
🌿 Close your eyes.
🌿 Take 3 slow breaths.

Now ask yourself:
✨ “What do I need right now?”

Listen closely ... the answer may arrive as a soft whisper in your mind, a gentle feeling in your body, or an image that arises. 💛
It could be something small, like a glass of water, a stretch, a moment of quiet. Or it could be bigger... more rest, more joy, or a change you’ve been longing for.

The whisper is your intuition. Your body’s wisdom. It never shouts, but it always knows.

😴 Did you know that rest and sleep aren’t the same thing and getting enough sleep doesn’t always mean your body and mind have fully restored?

Sleep is essential... it’s when your body repairs itself physically. But rest is a deeper process that helps your nervous system calm down and your energy reset.
