So incredibly proud of her decision to put herself first. To make the choice to make the change & not let her diagnosis define her but to drive her. To do better & to get better.

Unashamed to say we have shed some tears of joy along the way but to have the privilege of sharing the front seat of this transformation because I KNOW what it’s done for her.

She has lost 57 kg’s & that’s so incredible! It’s no easy feat! But it’s the life she has gained mentally & emotionally that far outweighs the physical.
