Lots of big smiles in store this morning after a fresh Summer Land Camels delivery. 💕

A few favourites have been unavailable for months, and many of you have been checking in regularly, so it feels good to finally have them back on shelves! If you’re unfamiliar with Summer Land Camels, they’re an Australian farm that producing Camel-Milk based skincare in small batches, with a focus on simple formulations and responsible camel farming here in Australia.

After a few crazy months of building and preparing the space, we’re very happy to share that our beautiful salt cave is almost ready to open 😍

Salt Therapy (also known as Halotherapy) is a natural way to support easier breathing, soothe skin concerns, and encourage deep relaxation.

Each session is spent comfortably seated in a softly lit room while finely ground salt is dispersed into the air and decorated throughout the space, creating a calm, soothing space to simply rest and breathe. Many people enjoy bringing a book, practising quiet meditation, or simply taking the time to unwind in a relaxing space.

Clients can choose between 30 or 45-minute sessions, available individually or in small groups, so you can relax in the way that suits you best.

We’re also offering 10% off regular pricing for seniors and children to make this beautiful therapy more accessible for everyone to enjoy.

What does a day in the life of your lymphatic system actually look like..? 🤔🗯️

The lymphatic system is sometimes your body’s quiet, unappreciated hero, always working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. It never stops moving, filtering, and transporting waste, even while you’re asleep.

Throughout the day, it helps clear away what your body no longer needs, such as extra fluid, waste, & toxins. 👉🏽 A glass of water helps it start in the morning, movement keeps it flowing, and deep rest allows the final stages of repair to take place overnight.

But when life slows you down, through stress, sitting still for long periods, illness, or more, your lymph can struggle to keep up. That’s when your body might start feeling heavy, puffy, or a bit sluggish.

This is where manual lymphatic therapies come to play!

Therapies such as Brazilian Lymphatic Massage (BLD) or Emmett Lymphatic Drainage can gently encourage the system’s natural processes, helping to reset balance and restore flow to the body - leaving you lighter, and more at ease!
