Pause for a moment.
Take a breath, breathe a little deeper.
Then exhale. Completely.
Take another breath, breathe a little deeper, a little longer. Feel your belly, ribs and chest expand with each inhale.
Exhale, draw your belly button in towards your spine and feel how much more air you can expel.
Do this a few more times.
In and out.
Expansion and contraction.
Notice the pulsing.
The fullness and emptiness.
Feel the pulsing of breath down in your belly.
Feel the internal space created with each inhale.
Feel the internal massage created with each exhale as you gently draw your belly button in towards your spine.
Pulse here with your breath.
Feel the movement continue and make it a little bigger and more exaggerated then you usually would.
Breathing in this way you are waking up and activating the physical and energetic functions of this space.
β¨
Physically you are increasing blood flow and movement through the internal pressure created by your breath and movement of your diaphragm. You are waking up and utilising the muscles of your core and gently massaging and increasing blood flow to your internal organs.
β¨
Energetically you are increasing your presence and awareness of this important energetic space in the body. You are directing new energy to this space and helping to wake up, clear and bring movement to held, stuck or stagnant energy.

Place your hands over your Womb space πΉ
Breathe and soften into awareness of your Womb, Ovaries and Yoni. Your whole Root.
Spend some time breathing here.
β€οΈ
Send your Womb space a gentle smile of love, acceptance, gratitude.
When your ready gently open your eyes.
Taking a few breaths each day to drop into your Womb Space can help increase your connection to your body, your inner voice, intuition and feeling of well-being. Your body will tell you if your feeling tired, energized, depleted, activated.
Your Womb with thank you for the attention β€οΈ
And you will likely feel more energised, present and grounded
