How is Red Light Therapy similar to cooking a chook?

Both need an appropriate level of energy intensity over an appropriate length of time to get the desired outcome.

Let's say for example to cook a chook nicely we need a certain energy intensity (heat) for a certain length of time. Would doubling the heat and halving the time, or halving the heat and doubling the time deliver the desired outcome? Of course not. It’s the same with Red Light Therapy.
