The countdown is on and we're getting closer to the big day! Here is some info for you to make your experience as smooth as possible xx
🌿🌻 General Housekeeping! 🌿🌻
With less than 4days away, we are now at the stage where we see everything falling into place. Here are some general housekeeping rules and frequently asked questions to help your journey be as smooth as possible ✨
🌷 Gates open from 6am-9:30pm both Saturday and Sunday. If you have a weekend pass, the gates will be open at 2pm on Friday for you to come and set up camp.
🌱 This is an over 16-year-old event with the exception of breastfeeding infants and presenters traveling from afar.
Let's start with the DO's:
✅ Gates open at 6am on both days, and you'll be greeted by our amazing Synergy team. Make sure you have your ticket and ID available on arrival for a smooth entrance.
✅ If you have a day pass or a weekend pass and are not staying onsite, you can arrive from 6am on both days to make the most of the day's activities. We'll have designated parking for day passes, and our wonderful crew will assist you upon arrival.
✅ The first workshops kick off at 7am.
✅ Check the weather and pack accordingly. Don't forget your hat and water bottle.
✅ Bring your yoga mat if you have one. We'll have a few spares, but a large towel or sarong will work for the movement/meditation workshops also.
✅ Bring a journal and pen to capture your unique experience.
✅ Pack a spare towel and change of clothes if you plan to participate in the ice baths and sauna.
✅ Remember to bring a torch or headlight for walking back to your car or campsite in the evenings.
Now, let's move on to the DO NOT's:
❌ Drugs and Alcohol - Our main focus is to provide a space dedicated to your healing.
❌ All pets - We apologise for the inconvenience, but dogs or pets are not permitted at the campgrounds or the event during Synergy Rising.
❌ Glass - Broken glass and bare-footed attendees don't mix. Let's keep everyone safe and avoid glass items.
Now, onto some frequently asked questions and answers:
✨Location: The gathering is nestled at Forest Fields Campstay, 35 Castle Rock Road, Byfield, QLD.
✨Gate Opening Times: From 6am-9:30pm
✨Camping: Camping is available with the camping included weekend pass.
✨Facilities include:
Toilets, showers, drinking water, fireplace.
✨Please check the weather forecast and pack suitable clothing, as temperatures tend to be cooler at night. Don't forget your hat and water bottles for the daytime.
✨Can I reserve my camp spot? No, it's a first-come, first-served basis. You have the option to arrive early on Friday and check in to secure your spot in the designated camping areas. This will ensure that you are fully prepared and ready for Saturday.
✨Cars and Parking: Parking and speed limits will be clearly marked as you enter the site. Our team will greet you at the ticketing marquee and guide you upon arrival. Once you've located your camping allocation, please park your car in the designated parking area unless you're camping in your car.
Facilities:
🚽 There will be one amenity block with toilets and showers for our campers, and 2 toilets set up in the festival area.
🍽️ Food will be available for purchase at the Birds Nest Bistro on site between opening hours on Saturday and Sunday...
Breakfast 7-9am
Lunch 11-2pm
Dinner 4 - 7pm
If you're camping outside of those hours, it's advised to bring your own snacks and food and for day attendees to bring snacks and food if needed between opening hours.
