After nearly 2 years with CQ Health Hub, we say goodbye to our beautiful Lauren as she heads off on a new adventure.

Lauren has been such a kind, patient and caring presence within our team, and she will be truly missed by everyone she has supported and worked alongside.

Today is a lovely reminder of how much comfort, joy, and connection animals bring into our lives. At CQ Health Hub, we often see how pets can brighten a day, reduce stress, encourage routine, and bring a sense of calm and companionship to both children and adults. Sometimes the smallest moments — a cuddle, a walk, or simply having a furry friend nearby — can make a big difference. 🐶🐱✨
