CQ Health Hub are looking for an administration officer to join their expanding team.

As the NDIS Billing & Data Administrator within the team, your primary role is to ensure that timely and accurate invoices are generated for the services delivered.
Related responsibilities include performing basic functions in Xero to record the receipt of income, maintaining shift changes in HPA plus and general administration duties.
About the Role
Your Responsibilities
* Review timesheets / invoices to ensure that all billing data is accurately recorded
* Identify exceptions and communicate with operational teams to resolve any identified issues.
* Produce accurate invoicing using HPA plus.
* Liaise with NDIS and other parties to resolve any invoicing or funding issues.
* Match bank receipts to invoices raised.
* Ensure that we have collected all required information on file as per best practice.
* Assist other team members in reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.
* Identify invoicing and funding issues proactively and escalate matters when required.
* Maintain and encourage an attitude of continuous improvement, identify and participate in project to increase efficiencies.
* Adhere to all Quality & Risk Management processes.
Your Key Requirements
* Demonstrated experience of performing a similar role for another NDIS registered provider is not essential but highly advantageous.
* Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or similar) and/or 3+ years relevant experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail, reliability and confidentiality.
* Advanced computer skills and ability to learn quickly
* Good mathematical and financial data management skills.
* Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and support staff at all levels.
* Possession of a Positive Notice Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
* Current Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Card (or willingness to obtain).
* Current drivers licence.
This role is 2 days per week in Rockhampton. Days and hours are flexible.

Appreciation post from the boss !! 🙌🙌🙌
A lady by the name of “Deb” called me today from the community, to inform me that she was very impressed how she witnessed my staff in the community delivering their supports and nursing care , in such a empathetic and professional manner 🙏she really made my day and I told her how blessed I am with a fantastic , committed team . It’s shows the hard work behind the scenes and a great team, deliver quality care and support to our community . Big shout out to my nursing staff Taryn and Nat as you were seen supporting your participant .

CQ health hub have been busy with many participants , enjoying some social settings, attending apts, meeting personal goals and the biggest goal today was one of our participants again overcoming some sensory issues and had his hair cut - this is huggee for this little fellow and his family but WE DID IT 🙌🙌🙏thank you to brush and comb in Allenstown - big shout out to Hayley for having soooo much patience and understanding during this apt . It’s tough on the support workers heart strings as well as others , and for our participants but a big achievement 🙏🙏

The boss lady had a much needed week off and visited Fiji . I was very fortunate to visit a local school and village and understand the sparse amount of resources these children and families have access to educationally and the bare minimum health services/ resources. CQ health hub was able to contribute some donations and gifts to these children and the local village to give back and appreciate how lucky we are here in Australia .🙏
I was given consent to take these photos and had the pleasure to meet some truly humble and grateful Fijian people 🙏
