Our Capricorn Retirement Community is set in a tranquil park-like setting overlooking beautiful Keppel Bay and close to the local Yeppoon business and shopping precinct, and the picturesque beaches of the Capricorn Coast.The local Yeppoon shopping and business precinct and the Capricorn Coast Hospital are all within a short driving distance from our retirement community. Rockhampton’s Mater Private Hospital is about forty minutes drive away. Currently, this community holds 192 independent living units arrayed in one, two and three bedroom layouts designed with the tropical climate in mind. We have started construction of a new three-stage development which will take the number of homes in this community to 213 by Dec 2017, and then 250 units when stage three is completed. Co-located on-site with our independent living units, our Capricorn residential facility offers 66 residential places, with 12 of those dedicated for residents with memory impairment and dementia. Family and loved ones are welcome to visit as valuable members of our community and partners with us in the care relationship with residents.
