We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing NDIS support provider based in Sunnybank Hills.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for participants.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team across all areas of the organisation. You will play a critical role in shaping service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring participants receive consistent, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
Lead, develop, and hold accountable all areas of the organisation, including accommodation services
Set clear expectations and maintain high performance standards across the business
Participant Experience
Ensure delivery of high-quality, consistent supports to all participants
Drive strong participant outcomes and retention through exceptional service delivery
People & Culture
Build and implement systems that enable Team Leaders to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing support workers
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
NDIS Compliance
Maintain full compliance with NDIS Practice Standards at all times
Ensure the organisation is audit-ready with no gaps or risks
Documentation & Quality
Oversee the quality and accuracy of all participant documentation, including support plans and incident reporting
Ensure records are complete, current, and maintained to a high standard
SIL/SDA Operations
Ensure all accommodation services are operated safely, compliantly, and to a high standard of care
Scheduling & Rostering
Drive efficiency and consistency across rostering systems
Support Area Managers to effectively manage staffing and minimise gaps
Leadership Team Contribution
Actively contribute to the leadership team
Identify issues early, drive solutions, and ensure priorities are delivered on time
Commercial Performance
Drive revenue growth while managing costs and protecting margins across all service lines
About You
Proven experience in an Operations Manager (or similar senior leadership) role within the NDIS or community services sector
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability
Highly organised with the ability to manage a high-pressure, fast-paced workload
Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
