He correctly diagnosed my issue and explained all the effects it was having on my body before even laying a finger on me... which I found was a great display of expertise.

Before starting my routine with Geoff, I knew nothing about the musculoskeletal system and was naturally skeptical.

How I was wrong.

After completing my routine laid out by Geoff, I have entered a whole new quality of life. The back pain is gone, the curve in my spine straightened, the impending disc damaged avoided, the muscles around the area of trauma finally relaxed, the knock-on effect damage done to my knee and ankle was addressed and averted.

All these issues removed resulted in more energy from relaxed muscles, full range of motion to cycle and enjoy physical activities again, improved skin condition, improved sleep cycles, improved attitude and the knowledge of how to use simple stretches and roller exercises to avoid any future pain in its entirety.

I was a jaded young adult in a lot of pain before going on this journey with Geoff and now I have everything I need to live a much higher quality of life, and I am now at a point where I almost never see Geoff because its all under my own control from what he has taught.
