Have you ever wondered how breaks & fractures heal? Besides the shear magic and wonder of the human body, they regenerate. They regenerate based on flow of electron currents due to electrochemical semiconduction. This essentially means that our cells use minerals/metals as semiconductors to enhance bioelectrical activity & dispersion across tissues.

Anatomy trains is one of the best kept secrets for human anatomy & human motion. If you don’t need to “fix” repair or optimise and simply strengthen, you probably don’t NEED to know it.


However if you are a fixer then this is your map. The why is the body you are working on and the how is represented by the map underneath.


Your bones and muscles exist within this framework. Muscles & fascia pull bones/joints into tension and suspension. This can be done well or done poorly.

Sprinting is one of the fundamental movements that a human should be able to do. It also functions as a great diagnostic tool. A human that moves well, will generally function well. IF you know what to look for, a GAIT cycle can be a fantastic predictor of strength vs weakness, imbalances and a compass for what needs to improve.
