You're obviously familiar with the new legislation banning Social Media platforms for under 16's, but did you know that TODAY is the day it all comes to a head?
Whether you're someone who is so outraged that you're joining the movement to challenge the law in the high court, or on the other side of the spectrum where you're more accepting of its inevitability (albeit reluctantly), the day has arrived where it all goes down. Literally.
So before your social media accounts are shut down, kids under 16 should download all their photos, videos, and other content, including their friend lists and messages, in order to save their digital memories.
They can be saved to a computer, external drive, or a cloud service, as some platforms may permanently delete accounts and data instead of just deactivating them.
