Happy Easter!! After hopping all across town, the Easter Bunny was sore and in need of a treatment. Now she’s got the spring back in her step just in time to make some special deliveries 🥚 🍫
I’m off on a short break from today and will be back in the clinic on April 20.

I would like to thank all the wonderful patients in York for their support since opening in January. As most of you know we are expecting our second child very soon. As of today I will be on paternity leave and the clinic will be shut for a few weeks. I will let you know when I will be back at work. I have been very humbled by all the kind words and support from the whole York community and am looking forward to seeing you all soon.

A little rain didn’t stop people coming out to the York Show. Big thanks to My dad for manning the tent while I was treating patients in the morning. It was great to talk to people and explain how chiropractic care can help with their aches and pains.

Is my child’s backpack too heavy?

This question comes up a lot in the clinic. A good guide is to keep the backpack to no more than 10% of your child's body weight. If a child’s backpack is too heavy it can cause back pain and neck pain. Avonchiropractic.com.au
