We offer a variety of Therapeutic Massage’s,Hot Stone Therapy, Gentle Scar Therapy, Reiki & clinical Reflexology. I have practiced Massage Therapy for well over 14 years now, and a registered practioner of Clinical Reflexology. I have my own practice in the historic town of York nestled in the Avon Valley for the last 10 years. I am dedicated to providing my clients with the highest quality of care. I believe in the importance continual education to ensure that I'm always up to date with the latest techniques and treatments. My goal is to provide for my clients and help them achieve optimal health and wellness. I have a background in dealing with a variety of people including the elderly and specialise in treating people as whole with a range of modalities tailored to specific complaints. I believe that Massage & Reflexology is not a luxury but an integral part of your well-being.
