Hi everyone, just letting you know that there will be some changes happening re the Whole Woman Inc. website.

I was saddened to learn just before Christmas that Lanny Goodman, Christine Kent's much loved husband, passed away on 21st December, leaving the organisation and its website without its Chief Operating Officer. Lanny was a wonderful, multi-talented man. Christine is going as well as can be expected.

A decision has been made to close the Whole Woman website in its current form, on 15 January, and it will not be operating at all for a few months. They hope to have another structure in place after that.

If you would like to buy any Whole Woman products, eg Courses, from the website, buy and *do* the courses asap, because they will no longer be available after 15 January.

It is not hard to transcribe the 'meat' in the courses, and to write your own summary of the exercise routines which are a part of the courses, for your own personal use, after the videos section is taken down.

I can help you with the finer points that are not in the Courses, and I have a bunch of other strategies, skills, and lifestyle changes which I can teach you, that will assist you to get the very best out of Whole Woman techniques for self-managing and improving pelvic organ prolapse symptoms.

I also have many of the older Whole Woman DVDs for sale, which are the core of Christine's groundbreaking, original work on self management of pelvic organ prolapse and, are as valuable today as they were when first published.

I will be available to assist you with Whole Woman work, and interpreting Christine's material in the Courses after 15 January, on a fee for time basis. My internet access is not able to support Zoom, but I am willing to work over the phone, and by email.

I stole this. We do not bear the label 'well' or 'unwell' like a static sign hanging around our necks. We are all of this, and it changes often. We are able to make decisions that will propel us bit by bit from unwellness towards wellness, I am the only person who can make these everyday decisions for me. You are the only person who can make these decisions for you. Nobody else.

Do you worry a lot, about things big and small? Do you get muscle tightness in parts or the whole or parts of your body? This can manifest as joint soreness as well, with different muscle groups around the joints being pulled unevenly, and affecting joint mobility and range of motion.

It is no coincidence that anxiety and tight muscles go together. When we are anxious, our body tightens up, ready to fight or flee, or just curl up in a ball to keep ourselves safe. It robs us of our proud, regal, confident upright, Whole Woman posture. Pelvic floor muscles are ... um ... muscles. Tight pelvic floor muscles can make it difficult to use tampons or menstrual cups; affect our enjoyment of s*x, and make pessary wearing, insertion and removal painful or impossible. It can also make walking painful, and affect our posture, which in turn affects pelvic organ support and can worsen prolapse and create pelvic pain.

Anxiety can come from many factors, and i am sure you can name a few things that bother you. There are also remnants of past traumatic experiences, both big and small, some of which we have blocked from our memory to protect ourselves. They only exist as fragments of story that our body remembers to keep us safe if the same thing happens again. It is an instinctive self protection mechanism from the primitive part of our brain.

Learning EFT Tapping can help you to deal with your own everyday anxiety. I can then use EFT Tapping with you to reduce the impact of your fragments of past negative experiences, so that your body can relax, and improve your overall health.
