For 7 years now, I’ve had the absolute privilege of living my best life in my own little studio world, learning, growing, and doing my best to make the smallest differences that create the biggest personal impacts 🥹

I will be forever grateful to every single person who has walked through my door. It’s YOU who have made all of this possible 🙏🏼

And to those of you who keep choosing to walk back through that door again and again… well, that probably says more about you than it does me 😆

Thank you for being part of this journey, appreciating my sense of humour, allowing me to talk horses and politics, and for not throwing things at me too often 😅

PS there’s a few sessions missing from the first few years as I integrated the booking and app systems so Anna you’re probably well over 500 🥂

Well that’s a wrap guys 🙂 Just finished off some last minute dry needling to make sure my clients are feeling their best for the weekend ahead 🪡

For the next week we’ll be sunning our skin by day in gorgeous Alice Springs 🤩 … and freezing our arses off by night 🥶… balance is everything right 🤷🏻‍♀️

Enjoy the long weekend, however you choose to spend it & I’ll be back 6.15am next Thursday 💪🏼

Chloe ( 😂) returns next Thursday and Jo ( 🙏🏼) will host yoga in the studio until then 🌈
