Our Mums and Bubs classes are not about 'bouncing back' after baby. Or weight loss. Or getting out and about again after birth.
None of that.
Together with the mothers and babies who join us in these sessions, Jaye and I have aimed to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where you can connect with your baby, and your body. Without judgement. Without expectation. Without pressure.
We invite you to come exactly as you are. Or don't, if it all feels too much. But remember- even on those toughest of mornings - this space, the connection, the support of other women, can make your day feel that little bit easier. Take breaks as you need to. Feed baby however, whenever. Breathe, rest, and simply be. And let us hold space for you.
