🌺 In honour of ANZAC Day, our practice will be closed on Saturday, 25th April and reopen with normal hours Tuesday 28th April.

Dr Wick, our Practice Principal, recently travelled to Port Macquarie to deliver an engaging and insightful opening address at the Rural Doctors Network Conference, inspiring doctors to consider a transition into rural general practice.
His talk, Introduction to Rural General Practice, explored the shift from hospital and metropolitan roles to the diverse, hands-on nature of rural care where clinicians develop a broad skill set, greater autonomy, and meaningful connections within their communities.
He also highlighted the unique rewards of rural practice, from professional growth to the opportunity to make a real difference in underserved areas.
Participants praised his authentic and collaborative delivery, particularly the interactive format that encouraged questions throughout creating an engaging discussion rather than a traditional one-way presentation.

It has been a significant and rewarding year for our team, marked by several major achievements — including the establishment and opening of our new Boorowa practice from the ground up, the successful delivery of nurse-led clinics, and the expansion of specialist clinics to enhance the care we provide.
