📢 We’re Hiring: Medical Receptionist
📍 Location: 127 Boorowa St, Young NSW 2594
🕒 Availability: Monday – Friday
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Medical Receptionist to join our growing team at ISRA Medical Services Young. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
• Managing appointments and phone enquiries
• Processing billings and Medicare claims
• Supporting doctors and healthcare staff with administrative tasks
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and data integrity
Requirements:
• Previous medical or general reception experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Confident with computers and practice software (Best Practice/Pracsoft experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organised
• Reliable and punctual
