At Young Medicare Mental Health Centre, we’re committed to making sure our services are safe, welcoming, and relevant for everyone in our community.

We’re currently inviting members of our local Islamic community to complete a short wellbeing survey.

This will help us better understand experiences, strengths, and any challenges people may face living in the Hilltops region - so we can continue to improve how we support the community in a culturally safe and meaningful way.

We will be closed this Monday for the ANZAC Day public holiday.

While ANZAC Day falls on Saturday, our centre will be closed on Monday in observance of the public holiday, as we take time to honour and remember the service and sacrifice of those who have served.

Murrumbidgee Men's Group Meetup & BBQ - Young

After the success of the "Teamwork: An Evening with Boyd Cordner" event last October, we’re pleased to share that fellow speaker Rhys Cummins will be bringing the Murrumbidgee Men's Group to Young later this month.

Rhys spoke openly about his own mental health journey on the night, with some attendees saying they “came for Boyd but took the best messaging from Rhys.”

The Murrumbidgee Men’s Group is a peer-led group that aims to create a safe, supportive space where men can connect, talk openly, and support one another.
