We want to share some news with our Facebook community as two of our leaders have recently moved on.

Chief Executive Officer, Lisa McConnon, has finished her 3-year tenure with Enriched. We publicly acknowledge her for the way she has shaped ECS into the values-led company it is today! Leading from the front, she helped our team and participants ‘Encourage Dreams, Build Connections and Create Solutions’ each and every day. Her legacy of integrity, compassion and professionalism will set us in good stead for our next chapter.

And Chief Operations Officer, Alex Groves, decided to pursue his dream career opportunity in a new field. We are thankful for his kindness, passion and skills as he headed up our client services department.

Rod Campbell has been appointed Interim CEO as we take time to prepare for our next chapter as a business.
