I don't post much on line these days, maybe a bit sad but time is full on. I work full time doing a job I love so time is precious. Time passes so quickly or is it just I am getting old. It is always nice to know I have helped people have better days.

I am off work at the moment due to my first dose of Covid and dear oh dear it is so terrible. I cannot believe I could feel so bad for so many days . . . just want to feel better. So for now I am doing all the right things and staying home. I wont see any clients until I am 100% sure that I am clear for at least a few days first before I start back at work. We all need to realise COVID is still out there and just as contagious as ever and we need to stop being complacent. Yes it's here to stay and we have to live with it but let's live with it sensibly and not put ourselves and others at risk. Stay safe.

Well we are into another year and I sincerely hope it will be a year filled with happiness and love for you all. I am looking forward to helping more people to gain better quality of life. I meet so many people who have such interesting stories to tell and sometimes even know my family because Tassie is a small place afterall. I look forward to meeting and helping more people in 2024, it makes my job so rewarding.

It's that time of the year when I ask that we all think of others. So many people are doing it so tough and some are just getting by. Just look around our town and see how many people are living in tents. Then there are people who do Christmas alone, no family and no one seems to care. If there is anything you can do to help please do so. Whether it just be a small donation of some kind, that kindness will help make some ones Christmas a little brighter and a little happier. And say a prayer for the people who are in the War torn countries, who have lost more that we can imagine. For those who are suffering in some way. Let us hope 2024 will be a far better one. Love to all. 🎅🎄💝

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the Dad's, Grandfather's, brothers, Uncle's, all the men who have influenced our lives and all who are no longer with us. I was so blessed that I had 2 wonderful Grandfathers, my Pop and Grandpop, an absolutely wonderful father, my precious Dad and a great brother, Mark. I had numerous Uncles who meant so much to me. Sadly most of them have passed on and I really miss them so I spent my time today visiting the cemetry and placing bush plants with an assortment of daffodils that made each grave blessed with love and Spring and a little extra for my brother, Mark who would have been 63 on the 1st of September, Happy birthday Mark. 💐🌺🌸I would like to wish all the Mums a very Happy Mother's Day. It doesn't matter if you have children or fur babies you are still a loving Mum. So how ever you spend your day may it fill you with love and happiness and that you are surrounded by the things that warm your heart and put a smile on your beautiful face. And to those of us whose Mother has passed on, know that the love you feel in your heart is being returned to you by your dear departed one tenfold. I have alot of clients that are suffering with Fluid Retention, especially in the feet and legs. Yes, massage can help BUT the biggest help you can give yourself is putting your legs up when you are sitting down. Now . . . I must say that putting yours legs up means having your legs up at heart level, sloping back to your body, your feet being the highest point. The other thing is having good support under your knees and ankles while your legs are up, this is important too. Fluid Retention can be awful for people and painful and it also needs to be monitored by your Doctor. I treat so many people with this and my reward is making people feel better and that is what is important, quality of life.
