Sonder Clinical Psychology Sonder is defined as the realisation that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own.

Sonder Clinical Psychology is a collective of highly experienced clinical psychologists who provide a supportive environment and utilise evidence-based treatments to help clients with their difficulties. We work with children, adolescents, and adults in a warm and collaborative approach on issues such as anxiety, stress, perfectionism, grief, depression, trauma, adult ADHD, child and adult neurodiversity, child behavioural/emotional issues, psycho-oncology, health concerns, sleep issues, amongst others. At our practice, we acknowledge that every person’s experience in life is profoundly complex, and everyone has a unique story to tell. We hope to help you manage your difficulties and provide ways to live a more fulfilled and meaningful life. We are committed to provide effective and scientifically validated therapy, where the choice between the approaches offered would depend on the nature of the issue and your preferences.
