The significance of Navaratri is to recognise, embrace, believe and celebrate the divine power of Shakti, which symbolises feminine energy. During these 9 nights, it is a great time to go inwards, reflect and fast.
In this circle, you will:
✨ Receive instructions for the optional dietary cleanse to optimise the benefits of this seasonal transition and experience its benefits for mental clarity and physical vitality (optional)

Ever desired to live a life without fear? Let’s understand Fearlessness through the lens of the Veda
 
1. Knowledge: The way to transcend Fear 💫
In Vedic teachings, 'Vidya' (knowledge) isn't merely about assimilating facts. It centres on the realization of the ultimate truth. The Vedas assert that the ultimate Truth is an unbounded ocean of consciousness that pervades the universe, and we are it. Quantum physics echoes this understanding, referring to it as the 'unified field' — the foundational essence from which everything, including our very thoughts, emerges. Recognizing this profound truth about our intrinsic nature not only helps us transcend fear.
 
2. Consciousness: The Root of All Knowledge 💛
The Vedas teach that everything emanates from a unified field of consciousness. No matter how much knowledge one acquires through study, it remains fragmented. To ensure you possess the right knowledge at the appropriate time and place, it's essential to access this consciousness. By trusting in this principle, you can transcend the fear of action, confident in the belief that your actions are guided by the all-knowing unified field.
 
3. Vedic Meditation: Get established in consciousness 🧘‍♀️
Vedic Meditation is more than just relaxation; it's a systematic approach to accessing consciousness. Through this technique, we reach consciousness by transcending thoughts. Wishing everyone a happy San Valentine’s Day.

On this day, may you all glimpse the highest form of love, the love for your Self.

How to experience this love? Stop resisting evolution to align with the flow of life and head to the most evolved version of yourself. Imagine life as a river flowing towards the ocean. Ocean is the most evolved version of your Self. Resisting evolution means trying to swim against the current or sideways: you are still headed to the ocean, but you may get tired in the process, and progress may seem slow. What if we learn to align with the river's current and experience life as a frictionless flow? We are not only getting into the most evolutionary path but also living life with grace and elegance.

When we practice Vedic Meditation twice daily for 20 minutes, we learn to detect this evolutionary flow, and over time we start trusting it and aligning with it. And life became a wonderful adventure.

Learn Vedic Meditation with Corinna over four consecutive encounters of 60/90 minutes each day.

Vedic Meditation is easy to learn and practice in one’s everyday life. It is practised twice a day for 20 minutes and does not require any effort, concentration, focus or contemplation.

Vedic Meditation provides the body with an extraordinary level of rest, which is from two to five times deeper than sleep, and enables the release of fatigue as well as deep-rooted stress.

Everyone can learn this technique including children. No skill or talent is required.

La Meditazione Vedica è finalmente arrivata in Italia con i corsi di inizio giugno in provincia di Cuneo dove 8 persone hanno completato il Corso in quattro incontri consecutivi: un dirigente di banca, uno chef privato, tre impiegate, una docente scolastica, un imprenditore di azienda e un pensionato. La Meditazione Vedica è una tecnica adatta a tutti e che tutti possono praticare, anche quelli che pensano di non poter meditare.

Ora sono molto contenta di poter finalmente portare questa tecnica di meditazione a Milano, la città che mi ha accolta e ospitata per 9 anni della mia vita. La città che sento ancora come casa e dove sono rimaste amicizie importanti.

È rimasto un solo posto disponibile in questo corso, ma se siete interessati a saperne di più scrivetemi in privato oppure prenotate una introduzione gratuita che può essere fatta via zoom (link in bio).

Il corso invece può essere solo fatto in presenza. Non credo avrò il tempo di organizzare un secondo Corso a fine giugno a Milano, annuncierò le date per il Corso di fine novembre/inizio dicembre quando rientrerò nuovamente in Italia.

Vedic Meditation has finally arrived in Italy. I thought the first course in 4 consecutive meetings at the beginning of June in the province of Cuneo. Eight people completed the: a bank director, a chef, three administrative employees, a schoolteacher, an entrepreneur and a pensioner. Vedic Meditation is a technique suitable for everyone and everyone can practice it, even those who think they cannot meditate.

I am very happy to finally be able to bring this meditation technique also to Milan, the city that welcomed me and hosted me for 9 years of my life. The city that I still feel like home and where important friendships have remained.

There is only one seat left on this course, but if you are interested in learning more about Vedic Meditation DM me or book a free introduction which can be done via zoom (link in bio).

The course can only be done in person. I don't think I will have time to organize a second course in Milan at the end of June, but I will announce soon the dates for the course that I will run in Milan at the end of November / beginning of December.

I waited 3 years to come back to Italy and reunite with my family.

The greater the wait, the greatest the joy and celebration for being reunited. And in that joy already is the seed for the sadness that will be felt when the time for departure comes. This is the nature of life, made of interrelated forces which are constantly being balanced.

It is only by moving towards our transcendental reality that we become less influenced by the constant ebbs and flow of life. So, ones can rejoice with great depth, but no attachment and one can experience separation with no pain and great awareness of the unfolding of the story of one’s life.

Vedic Meditation is a simple technique which enables the mind to move without effort towards its transcendental reality. It is sufficient one experience of that state to start feeling the benefits and then 20 minutes twice a day regular practice to stabilize the benefits and sustain progress.

The greatest gift of being a Vedic Meditation teacher has been to teach this supreme meditation technique to my family. The greatest gift has been to be able to offer something to the people I love that brings relief to their intimate sufferings and gives access to real happiness, the happiness that comes from inside.

La Meditazione Vedica è una tecnica facile da imparare e da praticare e non richiede sforzo, concentrazione o contemplazione.

Si pratica per 20 minuti, al mattino e alla sera, comodamente seduti, con gli occhi chiusi e in silenzio. La Meditazione Vedica rimuove lo stress e la fatica e procura energia e chiarezza mentale.

Tutti possono impararla, anche i bambini. Per praticarla non occorrono doti particolari.

Non è una religione e non richiede l'adesione ad una nuova fede o ad una filosofia specifica, né che si adotti uno stile di vita particolare.

È necessario partecipare ad una introduzione gratuita alla Meditazione Vedica per potersi iscrivere al corso.

*Why should I attend the Exploring the Veda course?*
Through regular practice of Vedic meditation, you must have noticed how meditation is improving your life. By systematically experiencing the field of Being twice a day for twenty minutes, you feel more energy, greater clarity of mind, and better health. Since your first meditation session, you start integrating Being within the field of action which leads to a gradual increase of inner happiness and to less suffering.

As essential as our regular meditation practice, it is important to develop the correct intellectual understanding of the experiences we have inside and outside meditation. In fact, even though bliss increases in our lives, it can still be overshadowed by non-evolutionary patterns which we struggle to let go of. These patterns are underpinned by old ways of thinking that are not serving us anymore. The fastest way to correct these mistakes of the intellect is through exposure to Gyan, which is the true wisdom that comes from the Veda.

Along with our meditation practice, a corrected intellect is the gateway to meet our real Self that has infinite adaptability and the capacity to effortlessly find the signal in the noise. These qualities are very much needed in a fast-paced world of ever-increasing uncertainty and ever-growing data and information.
