Emotional Transformations

In our Mind Ninja program we teach participants Emotional Transformation techniques based on Breathwork and Moving Meditations ,using colors and Healing Sounds. Although the program was initially designed for children (and their parents, caretakers and teachers) in this morning’s Qi Gong class at the Ymca we practiced the power of emotional transformation with a group of seniors. Everyone finished the class with a big smile on their face and a heart full of love. Selfcare is really powerful 🙏.

The Power of Positive Speech

Today we did an Easter holiday project with 2 little girls. To teach them the power of words, we made them write secret cards to each other and then we checked the results. How do you feel when someone sends you a nice message? 😁! And how do you feel when someone writes or says something bad to you? 😞! Before you speak or write, can you check if it is kind, true and necessary? The girls left super excited to have learned a new Emotional tool.

When we ask children “How do you feel” (so that they can talk about their emotions) the answer often is “I don’t know”. But when you give them colors or sounds and let them express what’s happening inside, a whole world opens up.
