👉 Dat komt neer op meer dan één miljoen patiënten.

Shoulder pain isn’t just for my patients — I feel it too… 😫

Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of rotator cuff tendinitis in the clinic over the past few weeks — often from overuse and missing strength work.

As a therapist and beach tennis player, my shoulders take a lot of load, so I need to do my exercises too… 💪

👉 Today I’m sharing part of my shoulder workout routine and exercises I use myself with elastic bands.
