Both osteopathy and physiotherapy focus on improving body function & pain but differ in approach:

Physiotherapy uses various methods like exercise, electrotherapy etc. focusing on specific injury areas and strengthening through movement.

๐Ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐จ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐œ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, however, is based on three core pillars:

During a session, an osteopath uses manual treatment techniques to support the body's recovery process. The focus is on identifying the **root cause** of discomfort by assessing the balance between muscles, joints, nerves, organs, fascia and blood flow.
