The ugly truth about Wendy’s 👇
It is generally known that Wendy’s is not very healthy, however it may be worse than you think. Many of you eat Wendy’s on a regular basis, so it’s good for you to know what you are actually eating.
🍔 Dave’s Triple Burger → 1,100 kcal
🥤 Soda → 250 kcal
🍟 Fries → 470 kcal
👉 Total = 1,820 kcal
If you eat a combo that’s:
91% of daily calorie intake for women
73% of daily calorie intake for men
73% of your max. daily salt intake
Eaten in ±10 minutes…
Even the “healthier” options aren’t what you think:
👉 Avocado Chicken Club = 583 kcal | 30g fat | 3.4g salt.
“Healthy” ≠ healthy if it’s still:
❌ Ultra processed
❌ High in calories
❌ High in saturated fat
❌ High in salt
Better choices (if you go anyway):
✅ Grilled chicken wrap
✅ Parmesan Caesar salad
✅ Diet soda or water
✅ Less or no sauce
⚠️ Still not perfect → but better
There are no healthy choices at Wendy’s so obviously I advise to only go there occasionally or never😆. If you go, it’s all about damage control. Go for the OR/OR method, not AND/AND. If you go; eat your hamburger, but leave the fries, soda and ice cream. Go for a diet soda, or water and leave out the sauce✌️
