3. 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐳𝐚 𝐨 𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐨 — la etapa más difícil. No intentes acelerarla ni evitarla, porque hacerlo puede hacer que el proceso dure más de lo necesario.
4. 𝐀𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐢ó𝐧 - empezar a reconocer la pérdida.
5. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢ó𝐧 — honrar la vida única de esa persona querida. Está bien sentir cada una — es parte de sanar 🤍✨

4. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 — the beginning of acknowledging that death is not personal and it happens daily, is not unjust, just the natural cycle of life. To be born means to die one day. Acceptance is about understanding and coming to terms with this reality, and it's a crucial step towards healing.
5. 𝐀𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 — There is a shift from grief to the honoring of the person. What inspired them? What made them unique and special? What was their favorite ice cream flavor? What did they love to do?
