And what have you done?
John Lennon sang, “So this is Christmas, and what have you done? Another year over…” If I had to sum up what I have done this year, it would be that I have shared my journey.

My work is to share my knowledge with students, co-workers, community, patients, family, friends, pets and especially my partner Phyllis.

If you are reading this, we are already sharing our journeys and I thank you. As we continue our journey into the New Year, we invite you to travel with us, learning and sharing body, mind and spiritual health. Next year, when you think, “what have I done?” - we wish 2026, be a year you become a better you, filled with joy, health and sharing.

We always recommend reading labels. ( not only for food, but also skin care, cleaning products...) Not all Crisper (gene edited) food is required to be labeled. Vegans - Animal-free dairy is bio- engineered. Better make your own GMO- free nut, rice or other milks. 🥛 Certified Organic products are safer. Of course, buying small, local (ask about any use of non-GMO seeds or chemical fertilizers) or growing your own is best. Community sharing could feed us well. 🌱

When you're gifted a bag of fresh, sweet, local mangos...a but too small to slice- you make juice ( pulp/fiber included) and sorbet ( no added sugars necessary) for a taste of the tropics 🥭🥭🥭🌴
