Feeling happy after your workout? You’re not imagining it 😀

Exercise releases feel-good hormones called endorphins. When you work out, chemicals and hormones get released in the brain that instantly make you happier. I’m talking right away, and the endorphins last for an extended time. It’s like taking feel-good drugs, but these drugs are legal and positive for you 😀

So, I encourage you to start working out, or if you already do then work out more.

As you may have noticed, it’s very hot in Aruba and September will be a hot month.

Here are some tips to avoid dehydration and stay healthy:
* Drink more water, no matter how active you are
* Avoid alcohol or sugary and caffeinated drinks
* Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink
* Keep a bottle of water with you during the day
* If you don't like the taste of plain water, try adding a slice of lemon, lime or cucumber to your drink
