From a new event in 2021 to a seasoned race in 2025, the Bushiri Walk & Run has grown into an annual mainstay in Aruba’s running community! But what makes it even more special? The kids who started with the race have been growing up with it—getting stronger, faster, and more determined each year. 💪🔥
A Legacy in the Making!
One name stands out: 2023 White Jersey Champion Liomar Da Costa of Running 4 Life Team Aruba , who has won his age category FOUR years in a row (2021-2024)! 🏆🏆🏆🏆 A true example of consistency and dedication! Will he return in 2026 to add to his win total? 👀

🔹 Emma Gobert & Riandra V/D Linde has been on the top podium for three of the five years
🔹 Jayderick Geerman went from competing in the youth category to battling in the 17+ division, showing true longevity in the race! 👏
