Ako se osjećaš necijenjeno na poslu, Carl Gustav Jung bi to posmatrao kroz unutrašnju dinamiku psihe, a ne samo kroz spoljašnje okolnosti. Evo kako bi Jungovski pristup mogao izgledati:

🔍 1. Pogled u sebe: šta u tebi reaguje na nepravdu?

Jung bi pitao:

Pricaj o mekim emocijama koje izazivaju umjesto o tvrdim ...Ispod ljutnje i bijesa je najcesce strah i tuga koje izazivaju empatiju ....Ne koristi previse riječi da iskazes osjecanja, jer to moze zbuniti :)
