Naši treneri su imali izuzetnu čast kao prijatelji japanske ambasade biti pozvani u rezidenciju ambasadora Kinefuchi-a na oproštajni prijem. Tu su učestvovali u pravljenju tradicionalnih japanskih jela kao sto je sushi i mochi. Čast nam je biti smatrani prijateljima japanske ambasade i nadamo se dugotrajnoj i uspješnoj saranji.

• Shiatsu je japanska terapeutska tjelesna tehnika, gdje se koristeći ruke, palčeve ili druge dijelove tijela, vrši direktan pritisak na različite tačke ili kanale u tijelu i doprinosi zdravlju i dobrobiti.
• Tokom kursa naučićete mnogo stvari: koncepte tradicionalne kineske medicine, energetiku, anatomiju, manuelne tehnike,...
• Ne morate ništa znati prije nego što se pridružite kursu: svi su dobrodošli! Ali posebno se preporučuje onima koji brinu o drugima (terapeuti, doktori, treneri,...)

Tuesday 10th of September, at 6:30PM, a free evening presentation of the Shiatsu technique at the Breka Dojo. If you're interested in learning this Japanese health art, come along and meet one of Europe's leading teachers. We'll be explaining our training programme, presenting the technique, the energetics and the training team.
Classes start on 17 September and are free until the end of the month for those wishing to take a longer trial.

Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic bodywork practice t, using hands, thumbs, or other body parts, to apply direct pressure on various points or channels in the body and contribute to health and wellbeing.
Throughout the course, you will learn many things: traditional Chinese medicine concepts, energetic, anatomy, manual techniques,...
No need to know anything before you join the course: everyone is welcome! But it is particularly recommended for those who take care of others (therapists, doctors, coaches,..)
The course will be managed by Ivan Bel, who has 25+ years of experience in Shiatsu and has created schools all over the world. If you want to know more, please look at the school’s website: https://www.ryohoshiatsu.com/en.

Prošle sedmice, u Breka Dojou dvoje naših trenera (Atif Šehović i E.A. Smajić) je imalo zadovoljstvo i čast trenirati i polagati tradicionalnu japansku samoodbrambenu vještinu Motoha Yoshin Ryu pred senseiem Guy Preston iz Yōshinkan Dōjō, Southern England Branch - Mōtōha Yōshin Ryū Jūjutsu i polagati za crni pojas (Shodan).
Obratite nam se ako ste zainteresovani da i vi učite tradicionalni japanski jiu jitsu.

Last week, in Breka Dojo, two of our trainers (Atif Šehović and E.A. Smajić) had the pleasure and honor to train and take the exam of the traditional Japanese self-defense martial art Motoha Yoshin Ryu in front of sensei Guy Preston from Yōshinkan Dōjō, Southern England Branch - Mōtōha Yōshin Ryū Jūjutsu and pass the black belt (Shodan) exam. Thank you sensei for this incredible opportunity!
