The future of healthcare in Bosnia and Herzegovina increasingly depends on system integration, preventive medicine, and coordinated clinical pathways.

In an interview for Bloomberg Adria BiH, Mohamad Hamade, MD, MBA, President of the Management Board of ASA Medical Group, discusses how integrated healthcare models can contribute to strengthening clinical standards and improving long-term health outcomes in the country.

By connecting hospitals, polyclinics, laboratories, and educational institutions within a single coordinated system, healthcare services can move beyond fragmented care toward a model focused on prevention, data-driven decision making, and long-term patient monitoring.

Such an approach has the potential to enhance healthcare quality, strengthen local medical capacities, and contribute to the modernization of the healthcare system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. ✔️
