People often think the only reason to consult a nutritionist is for weight loss;but there are a number of other reasons, such as for chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Also, prevention is better than cure and if you have a strong family history of certain conditions, now is a as good a time as any.

Breakfast this morning is a repeat of yesterday but I added bananas. Bananas are a good source of fiber and vitamin K. Blueberries and strawberries have vitamins B and C. Boosts your energy and immunity respectively.

This pic is from however as you all should know there is an opa in skymall, haggatt hall; directly opposite Burger King. These salads are really nice. Yes you pay more for healthy food than the greasy, heavy filling stuff but unfortunately there is a price to pay to be healthy. Its cheaper than a lifetime of medications and interventions. Not to mention you want to wear skinny jeans...well here you go. Alternatively get up early and meal prep. If you do not, these are great options.
