The Little League Gym was established on 11ith October 1993 out of a passion for fitness and physical well being. The founder William Beckles set out to be certified in every possible field of fitness in order to provide his clients and members with vast knowledge and expertise of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. William is an American College of Sports Medicine Health Fitness Instructor, a member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Step and floor Aerobic Instructor and a Lemond Revmaster Spin Instructor. His team of instructors are all well trained to ensure a high level of professionalism is maintained at all times. The Gym offers its clients a wide range of exciting fitness programs. The Little League family stay fit and healthy doing aerobics, circuit, weight training, step aerobics and the new, high energy spinning classes. Gym members are all full of praise of the spin classes not only for the weight loss and toning but also the camaraderie and fun experienced. The Little League Gym will soon be extending a hand to the community with special membership rates to senior citizens and community and youth groups. Special aerobic and weight training sessions are planned to give our senior citizens a fit, healthy and rewarding lifestyle. Other activities gym members enjoy include hikes, cruises, and fun filled games evenings. The Little League Gym, located at Barracks Road, Bank Hall, is opened Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m and until 1:00p.m on Saturdays.
