Bliss beyond superficial moods and experiences, Bliss that is a connection to our truest; our deepest Selves. It is this deepest of connections that we strengthen as we become more Aware of our bodies, our emotions and our thoughts. Conscious movement is a one path that can lead to this. As we become aware of our movement, as we become aware of our breath we connect to Life.

PUPPY YOGA!! (Aka snuggle time with a dash of yoga!)

Come join us this Sunday, January 18th at 9.30am (please arrive by the latest 9.15am!)

Approach via Bath and ignore road closed signs.

Donation is $25 but please feel free to give more to these adorable pups! All proceeds go directly to the sanctuary.

Bring a mat or towel and please consider donating after class.

Iced coffee and iced tea will be on sale after class with all proceeds going to the sanctuary.

Meet Jade and her pup. Jade's story is like so many other dogs here in Barbados but with just the happiest outcome thanks to the awesome people from

Here it is...
My husband, my son and I tried for months to catch this sweet little girl who was extremely shy and living without a home roaming around the Garrison. We weren't able to as she was as wily as she was shy and we soon realised she was pregnant. We continued to feed her with the hope of luring her closer but to no avail.

The incredible Jennifer from OA came and trapped her one day in the pouring rain and took her to the sanctuary where she had her pups and was given so much love that she had no choice but to forget that she was scared.

Jade now loves the love. Her and her pups have learned the kindness of the unbelievably patient folks at OA and now have a totally new lease on life.

Two of her pups have already been adopted and moved to Canada and now it's Jade's turn. She will be heading to her forever home soon and it fills me with absolute joy to know that this beautiful girl will be loved and cherished for the rest of her days.

This is the work that Ocean Acres does. This is just one of countless stories of hope that they have facilitated. This is why I continue to support their mission and why our donations matter.
